  • Control SLA of credit card team as business requirement 
  • Monitor and control the quality in outgoing call
  • Takes full accountability to achieve target
  • Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
  • Together with QA & Training Team, Supervisor support and train new operators, existing operators 
  • Make working schedule, timesheet to staffs
  • Willing to adjust personal priorities at work for the good of the business overall
  • Participate in interview for new hiring operators or selection of good operators.
  • Participate in system setting and testing Manage Customer experience and quality framework of cards operation
  • Participate in making plan and/or carry out motivation activities for staffs and company activities


  • Working at least 1 year in Credit Card field 
  • Fair in MS office ( Word, Excel)
  • Experience in managing a group of 5-7 people
  • Telephone skill​, communication skill, team Management skill
  • Customer oriented
  • Confident, careful, dynamic, patient 
  • Friendly, team work, hard working, can work under pressure
  • Good at English
