Corporate Affair Coordinator

Ho Chi Minh City



  • Act as a first point of contact, representing CA Department, handling correspondence and phone calls 
  • Handle CA administration work and related documents (booking meetings, business trips; online PR / registration; payment arrangements…)
  • Keep good records of CA budget and help following up with CA plan to ensure effective execution and in compliance with company’s process & procedures 
  • Maintain and update CA contracts / vendors lists and coordinate within CA team as well as relevant departments (procurement, admin, accounting etc…) for appropriate selection / partnership 
  • Coordination inter-functions and across functions, provide logistic support for corporate activities (PR, IC, CSR…) both internally and externally. 
  • Involve in trade union activities and be an active member to help engage staff at department and company levels
  • Managing stock, correspondences, database and filing system to ensure safe storage and convenient access for other team members 
  • Consolidating regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), and additional reports up on requests 
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Corporate Affairs


  • University Degree 
  • At least 5 years in similar role at MNC
  • Office administration skills, experiences in banking & financial services is an advantage
  • Literate in Microsoft Office 
  • Well-organized and be able to work independently 
  • Diligent and honest
  • Learning attitude and adaptability 
  • Enable to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
