KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop end to end marketing campaigns including business requirement collection & analysis, data acquisition, quality assurance, testing and evaluation
- Monitor & enhance campaign processes and execution
- Implement reporting for real time monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation regarding campaign operation
- Define quality checklist for campaign operation
- Compose internal training document and guideline for team
- Manage Customer Intelligence environments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience and expertise
- University Degree in IT, MIS, BIS or relevant major
- Good business analysis knowledge regarding to SDLC, system development & maintenance
- Experience with incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Preferably capable of web service definition, java and xml programming
- Ability to interpret / analyse data via SQL tools
Personal characteristics
- Initiative/ innovative/ flexible / proactive / self-motivated / self-learning
- Ability to understand business meaning of data and explanation of identified insights to non-technical users
- Friendly, can work in team is a must have
