  • Develop end to end marketing campaigns including business requirement collection & analysis, data acquisition, quality assurance, testing and evaluation
  • Monitor & enhance campaign processes and execution
  • Implement reporting for real time monitoring
  • Create and maintain technical documentation regarding campaign operation
  • Define quality checklist for campaign operation
  • Compose internal training document and guideline for team
  • Manage Customer Intelligence environments 


Experience and expertise

  • University Degree in IT, MIS, BIS or relevant major
  • Good business analysis knowledge regarding to SDLC, system development & maintenance
  • Experience with incident troubleshooting and resolution
  • Preferably capable of web service definition, java and xml programming
  • Ability to interpret / analyse data via SQL tools
