KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic campaigns for CRM communications in order to increase the sales and retain existing customers via multi-channel campaigns.
  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage planning, procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of CRM campaigns
  • Prepare sales and cost assumptions for the campaigns, work within the budget, ensure invoices control and prepare the busines cases
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal partners for content creation for different channels
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within CRM
  • Supervise the team of campaign specialists and collaborate with internal partners for timely delivery
  • Ensure all the compliance aspects of the promotions i.e. registration with local authorities or definition of terms and conditions 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication agency, marketing or CRM campaign experience of at least 5 years
  • BTL communication experience with digital focus
  • Experience working with traditional media and channels like Tele sales
  • Understanding of campaign automation systems
  • Understanding of financial products and of our industry
  • Willing to work independently and under pressure
  • Good verbal and written English language
