KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and develop BI tools, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable customer insights​
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer experience​
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs​
  • Develop and implement the BI strategy to support customer-focused initiatives.​
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the BI team to ensure high performance and professional growth​
  • Collaborate with senior management to align BI activities with business objectives​
  • Implement a mentorship program where experienced team members can guide and support newer or less experienced colleagues​
  • Encourage team members to develop cross-functional skills by working on projects with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to gain a broader understanding of the business​
  • OPEX, CAPEX & Sales planning control
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree​
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel​
  • Experimental method​
  • Good knowledge of verbal and written English language ​
  • Solid social ability and communication skills​
  • Problem solving and decision-making personality​
  • Good communication and presentations skills ​
  • Solid Knowledge of SQL and database​
  • Basic understanding of System​
  • Basic knowledge related to SAS, GA4, Appflyers
