KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop BI tools, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable customer insights
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer experience
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs
- Develop and implement the BI strategy to support customer-focused initiatives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the BI team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Collaborate with senior management to align BI activities with business objectives
- Implement a mentorship program where experienced team members can guide and support newer or less experienced colleagues
- Encourage team members to develop cross-functional skills by working on projects with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to gain a broader understanding of the business
- OPEX, CAPEX & Sales planning control
- University degree
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experimental method
- Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
- Solid social ability and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making personality
- Good communication and presentations skills
- Solid Knowledge of SQL and database
- Basic understanding of System
- Basic knowledge related to SAS, GA4, Appflyers
