KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1. Content Creation & Internal Communication:
    Develop compelling content (visuals, videos, and written) across internal platforms including email, intranet, social channels, and office screens to drive employee engagement and strengthen our EVP and company culture.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment of all internal messaging with business objectives.
  • Translate complex HR or business initiatives (e.g. policies, L&D, EVP, change management) into simple, engaging, and easy-to-digest formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Divisions to deliver communication assets for onboarding, internal campaigns, employee recognition, learning programs, and more.
  • Leverage employee feedback, internal data, and platform analytics to continuously refine messaging and communication effectiveness.
2. Others:
  • Support video creation, motion graphics, and interactive formats for key announcements or leadership messages.
  • Support the execution of internal events initiated by the
  • People Department (e.g. Townhalls, BBU, engagement activities).
  • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in internal communication, or other related HR fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and content management platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Experience in content creation and management across diverse platforms (Sharepoint, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Website, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
