JOB DESCRIPTION
- Financial Analysis:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Run/Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and profitability.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
- Financial Reporting:
- Support management reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support on preparing quarterly forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Support the budgeting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business scenarios.
- Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial objectives and provide insights.
- Support business decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 year(s) of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint, financial modeling tools and data visualization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Any other relevant professional qualification/certificate would be a plus.
