JOB DESCRIPTION:

Markets move fast - and behind every smart decision is someone who saw it coming. You’ll be that person. Join us to decode trends, map out competitors, and shape the strategies that keep us ahead.

• Analyze products offering, market dynamics, and trends to advance product and corporate development.
• Ensure company-wide awareness of competitive insights, and strategic priorities.
• Advise on market intelligence usage and provide roadmaps planning.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 and less than 2-year working experience.
• Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
• Passion for financial products, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational performance through product and lifecycle enhancements.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
• Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
• Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
• Good Customer Obsession, Entrepreneurship, Integrity, Operation Excellence & Digital Savviness mindset, as it’s our core Leadership Qualities.
