1. Get to know the Team

Business Process Office (BPO) team is part of Business Transformation department, focuses on driving fundamental changes in process, technology, and people across the business. With the aim to make things more efficiently for customers and allow our business to compete more effectively.

BPO has oversight of all business processes in the enterprise ranging from Order to Cash, Customer Operations, Procure to Pay, Collection & other business-supporting processes.

As a result, you will often be seen as a trusted advisor for everything process-related and a friendly face with a reputation for your passion and client-centric approach.

2. About the Role

  • Facilitate change management process within Home Credit Vietnam
  • Lead the discussion and participate in designing, deployment, and implementation of key processes in front-office and back-office aspects
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify existing process gaps for standardization and optimization
  • Contribute to a robust improvement strategy in people, process, and technology to transform the organization and the way we serve customers

3. Day-to-day activities

  • Drive change management to help users understand, commit to, accept, and embrace process/system changes
  • Conduct and lead the discussion with business and technical stakeholders to define and analyze requirements including pain points, key gaps, metrics, and improvement areas
  • Align business and IT technical stakeholders on a shared understanding of how the business operates and how the technology supports the workflows
  • Perform business process mapping and analysis
  • Conduct impact assessment to identify gaps and devise mitigation plans for key projects/initiatives of the company
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test as a Business Users to ensure end-to-end implemented as per design, including test cases and test scenario preparation


  • At least 02 professional year in process management, project coordination, operational risk, financial auditing, or business analysis
  • Strong English skills and proficiency
  • Skilled in process flow documentation and writing. ISO certification, BPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an environment of diverse stakeholders
  • Must have strong passion in driving continuous improvement and solving problems
  • Have an open mind, willing to make an impact, and share knowledge with others
