JOB DESCRIPTIONServe as the system owner and delivery manager for core systems.
• Lead the internal delivery team (BA, QC, Application Support Engineers) and
manage external vendors across the full solution lifecycle—Control, Assess,
Build, Deliver, Run.
• Ensure product and project initiatives are executed with quality, efficiency, and
alignment to business goals and EXCOs prior.REQUIREMENTS• 5+ years in technical product management, business analysis, or IT service
delivery.
• Strong background in software delivery, including Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with banking software, mobile applications, or digital financial
products.
• Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and project
execution.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL-based service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience in complex system solution design.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excel in English communication, negotiation, small talk.COMPENSATION & BENIFITS
