Product Owner (Digital Sales section)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product management

• Receive and clarify business requirements, drive the efficient solution with stakeholders.
• Define & manage the product backlog, epics for each sprint with Agile team.
• Plan and prioritize feature backlog, roadmap with stakeholders
• Research and update new technology in market to digitalize partnership management.
• Propose new features based on user’s insightful feedback or company’s goals.
• Take responsibility for the quality of product by reviewing the single sprint to ensure they are qualified to release to end-user (high commitments for less critical incident, system up-time, ….)
• Provide vision and direction to Agile development team.
• Report product development to line manager.

Manage the stakeholders

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
• Influence stakeholders to comply with IT process (INI, ITIP, DELI) for development.
• Report/Update to Business Owner about delivery progress
• Transfer product knowledge to Training Dept, Sales Admin for preparing training material or user communication.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in PO/IT BA positions with minimum experience 2 years for PO or 3 years for IT BA
• Experienced in banking/CFC/Fintech/E-commerce industry is a plus
• Good stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Good business acumen, problem solving skill and detail oriented
• Good English communication
