Recovery Business Analyst

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance

• Lead and participate in UAT for new versions of the Collections system and LOXON application
• Test system functionalities, log defects in JIRA, and oversee issue resolution
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reported issues—from identification to validation of fixes
• Conduct UAT for business-driven changes and Astah workflow releases

Production Monitoring & Reporting

• Own and maintain critical Collections production reports, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
• Monitor key Collections processes, requiring deep knowledge of LOXON Collections system and related workflows

Business Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide expert support to business users (Call Centre, Field Advisory, Legal Officers, etc.)—gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues (database & application layers), driving resolutions from analysis to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HQ, EmbedIT) to align system solutions with business needs

System Enhancements & Workflow Design

• Design and implement system improvements based on business requirements
• Develop and optimize Collections workflows in Astah Business Modeler Maintain integration knowledge across Collections ecosystem (MUCH, Genesys, Loxon, Astah, Hadoop

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (3-year program) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or IT

Experience

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Technical Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong SQL expertise (preferably Oracle SQL) for data querying and analysis
• Basic knowledge of process modeling (UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts, mind maps)
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal communication)
