KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support training/ E-learning class activities according to Training Plan to ensure accurate and timely processing of:
  1. Define list of participant
  2. Enrollment
  3. Making BTR for trainers and trainees
  4. Booking traveling and accommodation (If any)
  5. Coordinate and provide training tools and materials.
  6. Making data report of training activities
  • Manage training tools and equipment to prevent the risk of loss or damage.
  • Make and submit training expenses payment request of trainers and trainees, ST&D events to claim payment on time.
  • Record data filing to ensure meeting internal auditing’s requirements accurate and timely.
  • Other related duties requested by line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: At least graduated from College
  • Experience: At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Priority setting, Communication (in writing & orally), Cooperation, Problem solving
  • Technical skills: Be familiar to MS. Word, Excel; Be able to communicate in English with basic level; Be familiar to work with database.
