JOB DESCRIPTION
- Incentives Scheme initiation:
- Implement and evaluate incentives/ motivation/ retention programs to enhance productivity
- Efficiency improvement for Sales:
- Implement and enhance innovative models/ policies/ processes to optimize efficiency in Sales
- Coordinate cross departments (CRM, Sales, IT, Process..) to explore any potential space to improve Sales’ efficiency
- Bonus Calculation
- Monthly /Quarterly calculate compensation for Sales and relevant positions.
- Analyze the compensation scheme and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Quality assurance & profitability for Sales analysis:
- Assess effectiveness of acquisition and cross-sell products/ procedures in Sales.
- Monitor sales productivity to timely detect abnormal incidents in business.
- Sales Business Intelligence:
- Analyze numerical data to identify the nature and trend of Sales
- Visualize data in Power BI for easy controlling purpose and understanding updated performance situation
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience in multinational, financial service companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics related, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, Finance,…
- Experience in Data analytics, Efficiency Management is a plus
- Strong Excel
- Experienced with SQL, Power BI or other visual tools.
- Good communication & stakeholder management skill
- Good at English
- Experience with Python is a plus
