JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Incentives Scheme initiation:
    • Implement and evaluate incentives/ motivation/ retention programs to enhance productivity
  • Efficiency improvement for Sales:
    • Implement and enhance innovative models/ policies/ processes to optimize efficiency in Sales
    • Coordinate cross departments (CRM, Sales, IT, Process..) to explore any potential space to improve Sales’ efficiency
  • Bonus Calculation
    • Monthly /Quarterly calculate compensation for Sales and relevant positions.
    • Analyze the compensation scheme and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Quality assurance & profitability for Sales analysis:
    • Assess effectiveness of acquisition and cross-sell products/ procedures in Sales.
    • Monitor sales productivity to timely detect abnormal incidents in business.
  • Sales Business Intelligence:
    • Analyze numerical data to identify the nature and trend of Sales
    • Visualize data in Power BI for easy controlling purpose and understanding updated performance situation
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year experience in multinational, financial service companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics related, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, Finance,…
  • Experience in Data analytics, Efficiency Management is a plus
  • Strong Excel
  • Experienced with SQL, Power BI or other visual tools.
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skill
  • Good at English
  • Experience with Python is a plus
