  • Have an excellent understanding of system features and business processes in order to design the solution which best fulfills the client’s requirements
  • Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, solution blueprints, meeting minutes…
  • Design & implement Warehousing & ETL
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc quantitative analysis to support business strategies
  • Support reporting and analytics, such as KPIs, financial reports and dashboards
  • Demonstrate with visualizations, metrics, and goals
  • Automate reporting for daily/monthly business metrics and exploit areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses


  • University degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math or related fields
  • At least 5-7-year experience
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects by using planning and organizational skills
  • Experience with team facilitation, business cases, business analysis, process mapping, and process renovation
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to make sense out of a variety of and its relation/applicability to the business problem or opportunity at hand
  • Strong programming skills: , R, , VBA
  • Strong communication skills: formulate business problem at hand, discuss with non -science background stakeholders
