Senior Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Communicating data insights to non-technical audiences clearly and understandably.
• Analysis and Interpretation: Analyzing financial data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. Interpreting complex data sets to generate actionable insights and meaningful business recommendations.
• Security and Governance: Ensuring security and compliance with reporting data protection regulations and company policies. Managing access controls and safeguarding sensitive information.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and tracking key business metrics and indicators to identify trends and deviations and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence. Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to enhancing BI capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance business intelligence analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Guide professional development and performance improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis/ Project Management
• Proven understanding in financial data analysis and reporting within the consumer finance industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements in the consumer finance industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, highly responsive to changes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: The ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, such as business users, IT and other data teams.
