Senior eKYC Business Analyst

+ Cooperate with other departments to understand feature specifications, provide technical insights and contribute ideas to refine and enhance product features on key company projects ;​

+ Cooperate with L&C and relevant departments to update eKYC rules and features; ​

+ Proactive in task planning, dependency identification, cross-dept communication; ​

+ Work with IT/EIT to develop/apply new eKYC technologies or solutions ;​

+ Test and validate the implementation, new technologies, processes used in Risk (UW, AF) and sales frontend; ​

+ Use data analytics and A/B testing to enhance and optimize ekyc processes;​

+ Monitor development progress and changes;​

+ Communicate with vendors on contracts, licenses, features, issues,… ​

+ Quality control/ test/ features definition of 3rd party algorithms and push for quality/timely delivery; ​

+ Use/ help design/ control strategies/ business logic in decision engines; ​

+ Identify and mitigate potential risks related to technical feasibility, security and compliance.​

+ Assist line manager on a need basis;​

Language:​

• English at communication level (must be able of clear communication to HQ stakeholders); IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.​
• Good communication skills​

Experience:​

• At least 2 years working experience in data-related or IT-related area in online, fin-tech, e-commerce, digital as Product Owner or Business Analyst or in a similar role.​
• Good knowledge of Excel and SQL​
• Familiarity with APIs, microservice and experience with tools like Postman, Bruno,​
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello ​
• Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI; ​
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
