JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and manage the Enterprise Dimensional Model for Home Credit data.
- Serve as data model subject matter expert, approve any data model changes for our analytical data products.
- Design and develop dbt to deliver of analytical data products.
- Provide data modeling expertise to all Home Credit data teams through code reviews, pairing, and training to help deliver optimal, DRY, reusable, and scalable data designs and queries in Big Data Platform.
- Implement the DataOps philosophy in everything you do.
- 6+ years in the Data space as an Analytics Engineer, or equivalent.
- 2+ years managing the same data model system over time, evolving the model to meet new business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading large and complex data warehouse solution, from beginning to operationalization.
- Demonstrated experience designing Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Extensive experience with incremental data processing, late data arrive handling using tools like dbt and orchestrated through workflow management platforms like Airflow.
- Extensive experience in 2 or more major data subject domain (customer, sales, finance, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Good communication: Regularly achieve consensus amongst technical and business teams.
