KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Target Achievement – Manage sales performance within the assigned segment, track results (daily/weekly/monthly), and implement action plans to meet business targets.
- Business Development – Drive growth by building new supplier and client partnerships and expanding business opportunities across industries.
- Relationship Management – Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and partners through regular engagement, feedback collection, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Market & Competitor Insights – Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes, providing timely recommendations for effective responses.
- Product & Marketing Support – Coordinate product launches, propose promotions, and ensure strong brand visibility across client and supplier networks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in Key Account/Business Development/Sales/Partnership positions
- Experienced in ICT/FMCG/Retails/Motorcycle/Fintech/CFC industry
- Supportive, open-minded, hardworking, result-driven, extrovert with good planning skill
- English from intermediate level
