KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to support business growth objectives, with a focus on card business development.
  • Manage and nurture existing strategic partnerships to ensure mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
  • Support credit card portfolio growth by collaborating with partners to drive mass spend campaigns and targeted spending activities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and commercial deals with new and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, etc.) to implement partnership initiatives that contribute to portfolio KPIs (spending volume, activation rate, card usage).
  • Monitor partnership performance and campaign results through KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership trends, competitive activities, and potential opportunities to strengthen card proposition.
  • Propose innovative partnership models to support product launches, cardholder campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
  • Resolve operational, contractual, or partner-related issues effectively.
  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in Partnership/Product MKT/Business Development/Key Account positions
  • Experienced in Banking/CFC/Fintech/E-commerce/Ride-hailing industry is a plus
  • Details – oriented, good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management and data driven mindset is a plus
  • Proficiency English communication
