Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Acquisition Product Team to support the performance monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of consumer finance products. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and a solid understanding of loan products in a consumer finance, banking or fintech environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Funnel Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze the performance of product funnels across conversion stages
  • Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities through data-driven insights

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key trends, anomalies, and improvement areas
  • Perform root-cause analysis on product-related issues and propose actionable solutions

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, key account, tech, legal, and sales to ensure smooth delivery and product operation
  • Act as a product subject-matter support point for internal queries, ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues

Product Support

  • Participate in planning, UAT testing, and system setup for new product releases or updates of existing products
  • Manage product configuration tasks such as setting up and maintaining product codes in the system
  • Monitor, document, and escalate product issues and feedback from customers, frontline, and system performance logs
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of product specifications, changes, and known issues

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in product development, product operations, or equivalent roles in consumer finance, banking, or fintech
  • Solid understanding of consumer loan products, associated processes, and technological implications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, a team player mindset, and customer-centric thinking
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with reporting tools, performance dashboards, and funnel analytics
