KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management of Offline Branding Assets (POSM/Tool, Merchandise, Signage)

Planning and Production:

  • Oversee the complete production and distribution process for POSM, tools, marketing merchandise, and signage at POS, ensuring consistency and quality control.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor production timelines to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Sales) to ensure all POSM, tools, merchandise and signage align with brand identity, marketing strategies, and quality standards.
  • Provide branding guidelines and ensure consistent communication with the Sales team to maintain uniform brand representation across all channels.

2. POS Visibility Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to conduct visibility checks at POS, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on brand presence and display performance.
  • Develop and distribute internal communication materials to keep the Sales Team and key stakeholders updated on project goals and progress.
  • Perform offline POS checks or engage in mystery shopping to assess in-store brand execution.
  • Provide insights and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring the brand remains competitive in the market

3. Out-of-home Visibility Management

  • Lead the planning and exploration of various OOH activities to enhance brand visibility and align with business campaigns in key and target locations, ensuring effective outreach to the target customer.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for impactful OOH placements and strategies.

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to handle operational processes, including purchase orders, payments, and contracts.
  • Participate in other projects or assignments as directed by the Line Manager, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • 2-3 years of experience in General Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Business Development in difference industries (FMCG, CFC, banking is nice-to-have)
  • Good communication, problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting skills (efficiency in MS Office skills)
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Good teamwork, while being confident to work independently.
  • Outgoing, strong interest in people networking, and good learning agility.
