KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Marketing (20%)

  • Work with EB to shape the profile of  ideal candidate and run recruiting/EB campaign internally/externally in order to address the right audience & maximize the volumes of leads for opening position in online & offline channels
  • Work with external & internal parties to administer & develop HCVN’s careersite as a main sourcing channels

Sourcing (50%)

  • Host or participate in job fairs and other career events internally & externally to drive candidate leads
  • Create & make report about Sourcing on weekly/ monthly basic and ad-hoc to support TA Leaders understand the cost efficiency of sourcing vs hiring (cost per CV, cost per hire, channel effectiveness, sourcing ratio)
  • Explore suitable vendor for sourcing activities and evaluate their performance in support hiring activities.
  • Involve in sourcing plan & monitor recruitment budget allocation.
  • Act as International Candidate Manager to build lead from LinkedIn for talent pipeline for Managerial level up and manage specific talent networks
  • Make recommendations on tools, resources and processes to increase reach, engagement and hiring results based on data-centric approach for candidate pipeline

Recruitment System (20%)

  • Support TA Leadership in checking transaction on system to ensure the compliance
  • Maintain & contribute to improvements in system features in job advertisement, candidate engagement to ensure the sustainable support of technology in sourcing activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree, majored in Business Administration/HR is preferable​
  • Previous experience in digital marketing is plus
  • Good analysis & problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Passionate in HR and recruitment
  • Good command of English
