- Collection call center support, prevent and trouble-shooting. Identify the issue, incident and report/contact other parties for solution
- Participate in test relating to call center and test scenarios writer.
- Collecting the business requirements, support for suggesting changes for improvement.
- To be in charge Campaigns/calling list management and develop report.
- Communicate with relative department on technical/process and perform process to support activities.
- Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
- At least 1 year experience in IT support
- Able to do issue analysis, trouble-shooting to support and resolve incident in applications
- Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration
- Good English Communications
- Advanced skill of Microsoft Office
- Have Oracle skill is preferred
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
