KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collection call center , prevent and -shooting. Identify the issue, and report/contact other parties for solution
  • Participate in  relating to call center and  scenarios writer.
  • Collecting the  requirements,  for suggesting changes for improvement.
  • To be in charge Campaigns/calling list management and develop report.
  • Communicate with relative department on technical/process and perform process to activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in IT
  • Able to do issue analysis, -shooting to and resolve in applications
  • Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration
  • Good English Communications
  • Advanced skill of Microsoft
  • Have skill is preferred
