JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collection call center support, prevent and trouble-shooting. Identify the issue, incident and report/contact other parties for solution
  • Participate in test relating to call center and test scenarios writer.
  • Collecting the business requirements, support for suggesting changes for improvement.
  • To be in charge Campaigns/calling list management and develop report. 
  • Communicate with relative department on technical/process and perform process to support activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in IT support
  • Able to do issue analysis, trouble-shooting to support and resolve incident in applications
  • Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration
  • Good English Communications 
  • Advanced skill of Microsoft Office
  • Have Oracle skill is preferred
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
