KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors overall quality of implement process in Telesales.
  • Improves the control mechanisms – automatization of various reports.
  • Listens to calls done by Telesales Operators, evaluates the quality of the call and feedbacks to TLs/Supervisors.
  • Responsible for minimazing the cheating of Operators.
  • Applies deductions if Code of Conduct is violated.
  • Works with Telesales Trainers to improve the training process and development of Operators.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • From colleague level
  • At least 1 years of work experience in Call Center or Telesales
  • Good experience in Quality Control position.
  • PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.)
  • Basic English level
  • Reporting skills.
  • Persuasion skills.
