  •  Monitors overall quality of implement process in Telesales
  • Improves the control mechanisms – automatization of various reports
  • Controls the work of Team Leaders if they follow the given rule
  • Listens to calls done by Telesales Operators, evaluates the quality of the call and feedbacks to TLs/Supervisors
  • Responsible for minimazing the cheating of Operators §Applies deductions if Code of Conduct is violated
  • Works with Telesales Trainers to improve the training process and development of Operators 


  • From colleague level 
  • Experienced in quality control is a priority
  • PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.);
  • Good English.
  • Reporting skills. Persuasion skills Good verbal communication skills; Confidentiality, careful;truthful; responsibility
  • Precise, attention to detail; Hardworking, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate and loyal Adaptable, dynamicand flexible
