- Monitors overall quality of implement process in Telesales.
- Improves the control mechanisms – automatization of various reports.
- Listens to calls done by Telesales Operators, evaluates the quality of the call and feedbacks to TLs/Supervisors.
- Responsible for minimazing the cheating of Operators.
- Applies deductions if Code of Conduct is violated.
- Works with Telesales Trainers to improve the training process and development of Operators.
- From colleague level
- At least 1 years of work experience in Call Center or Telesales
- Good experience in Quality Control position.
- PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.)
- Basic English level
- Reporting skills.
- Persuasion skills.
