Anti-Fraud falls under the Risk division. Its primary objective is to minimize the negative impact of activities or behaviors classified as "fraudulent."Risks are present everywhere and can originate from various sources in fact. Therefore, it is very important for a financial company to identify, prevent, and mitigate damage from risk while enhancing the customer experience.
So, how do we prevent risks associated with fraud? Members of the Anti-Fraud team need to identify these risks as soon as possible and develop preventive measures. Data analysis plays a crucial role in this process. By analyzing data, the team can detect anomalies, assess the risk level, and devise optimal solutions based on the situation.

💬 As part of the Home Racer Program 2022, can you share what made you choose Anti-Fraud as your field?
Selecting a new "field" is the most important decision for me. Where I worked, the position, and the sector will be determined based on how they would aid or limit my growth, aligning with my expectations. I chose to become a Data Analyst, particularly in Anti-Fraud, because it was the right fit at the right time.
Working in Anti-Fraud, I comprehend the value this department brings to the company and especially to customers. As a customer, I understand the expectations for safety when using financial services. So, I appreciate the whole team’s efforts to ensure the safety of customers when using our services and products.
